We recently have launched our Self Service Platform to allow any user to start using AI to handle their calls within less than 5 minutes.
This platform enables a seamless and efficient process for users to connect their phone system to our AI Agent. Previously, setting up the product required assistance from the VOQO AI team; now, it’s fully automated for you and our users.
In this article, we’ll provide a tutorial and guide to help you use the platform, and answer some common FAQs.
A quick disclaimer, if you are currently using Feilix Mobile or Amaysim as your phone carrier, they do not provide the required infrastructure for us to set up Smart Voicemail.
The Self Service Platform can be accessed anywhere on the website through the Start Free Trial Buttons scattered across the home and product pages.
Once you click on the button, you should be directed to our onboarding page as shown above. This is the simple same onboarding used for multiple different websites and apps, all you need to do is just enter your details and create an account.

Following account creation, you will be redirected to the main platform page, where you will be able to connect your agent.

Based on the type of phone and carrier you have, there are extra steps that you will need to take before our technology can operate.
For IOS, if you have the latest IOS18.1 update, you will need to disable the Live Voicemail feature by following these steps.
For Android, no additional action is required.
Depending on your phone carrier, the connection process can also differ as some providers work differently and may not support conditional call forwarding which is a key requirement for smart voicemail to work.

If you have these providers all you have to do is follow the steps on our platform by scanning the provided QR code which will automatically connect your phone to Smart Voicemail.
Alternatively, you can also do this manually by calling *004*Agent Number# on your dial-pad. This should automatically connect your phone to our system, with a pop up message like this showing.

If you use the providers mentioned, you will have to contact the respective carrier numbers to enable conditional forwarding to your agent number.

After following these steps for your respective phone and carrier, you are done. Smart Voicemail is now connected to your phone within minutes. Stress less and relax while our product automatically engages all your phone calls with human accuracy with insights delivered straight to your messages.
Through the Self Service Platform, other than connecting our smart voicemail to your phone system, you can also see call logs for the mobile that was connected. You can do this via clicking Call Logs on the sidebar, where a history of all the calls and insights can be viewed.
This can be especially helpful when you want to look for specific insights on a certain day, as an influx of phone messages can make actionable hard to view.
Within the platform, to manage your subscription you can click on the sidebar to navigate to the subscription page. Within the Subscription page, users can cancel, downgrade or upgrade their subscription.
How to Cancel:
To cancel a subscription, all you need to do is press cancel on the plan you are currently on, and this will automatically be registered within our system. You will still have access to Smart Voicemail until the end of your pay cycle.
How to Downgrade Subscription:
To downgrade to a Basic plan from Plus, you need to press the downgrade button on the basic plan, this will result in a pop up where our platform will ask to confirm whether this is the decision you want to make. If this occurs, the downgrade will automatically be completed.
How to Upgrade Subscription:
To upgrade your subscription from free to basic, users need to press the upgrade button on the plus plan, this will result in a pop where the platform will ask to confirm your decision. If yes is clicked, this upgrade will be made automatically.
