7. Google User Data (Google Calendar)
When you connect your Google account to our platform, you grant us read-only access to your Google Calendar (the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly scope). We use this access only to check your availability and read your calendar events, so that our AI agents can answer scheduling questions and surface your upcoming commitments to you within the platform.
- Access: Read-only. We never create, edit, or delete your calendar events.
- Use: Only to provide the calendar features described above. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- Storage: We store only the authorisation tokens needed to keep your connection active. Calendar event data is read on demand to deliver the feature and is not retained beyond what is required to do so.
- Sharing: We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide this feature, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with equivalent protections.
- Revoking access: You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page in our platform, or via your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Third-Party AI Services
Our app uses your device microphone to capture voice input, which is transcribed and processed to provide AI-powered responses. To deliver this functionality, we transmit data to the following third-party AI service providers:
- OpenAI (privacy policy) — AI language model processing and response generation.
- Anthropic (privacy policy) — AI language model processing and response generation.
- Google (privacy policy) — AI language model processing and response generation.
- Deepgram (privacy policy) — Speech-to-text transcription of voice input.
- ElevenLabs (privacy policy) — Text-to-speech voice synthesis for AI responses.
- Gladia (privacy policy) — Speech-to-text transcription and audio processing.
- Cerebras (privacy policy) — AI language model processing and response generation.
- Groq (privacy policy) — AI language model processing and response generation.
What data is transmitted:
- Audio recordings: Voice input captured via your microphone, processed to produce a text transcription.
- Transcribed text: The text representation of your spoken input, sent to AI providers for processing and response generation.
- Conversation context: Prior messages within your session, to enable coherent multi-turn AI responses.
Your consent: By granting microphone access and using the AI features of the app, you consent to this data being transmitted to the providers listed above. You may withdraw consent at any time by revoking microphone permission in your device Settings, which will disable the voice features of the app.
We do not use your voice or conversation data for advertising. We do not sell it. Audio recordings are not retained beyond what is necessary to generate a response. Each third-party provider listed above is subject to data protection requirements that provide equivalent or greater protection for your personal data.
9. Overseas Disclosure
Your personal information is stored in Australia. When we disclose your personal information to third parties, they may store, transfer, or access the data outside of Australia, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
10. Your Rights and Controlling Your Personal Information
You have choices regarding the personal information you provide. These include:
- Opting out of direct marketing communications
- Requesting access to the personal information we hold about you (note that administrative fees may apply)
- Requesting correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data. You may delete your account directly from within the app via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting us at adam@voqo.ai. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
